Production / Shop floor control
NG 365 Production / Shop floor modules includes, Material Requirements Planning, Forecasting, Master Production Scheduling, Work Order Management, multiple Shop Floors Management, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Labor routing.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
MRP is simple, powerful, and fast - really fast. MRP calculates all components and subassemblies needed to fulfill your demand and provides clear recommendations in a clear, actionable MRP Center. Planned Purchase Orders and Work Orders can be quickly created with just one click, putting your plan into action, allowing tracking of what MRP recommendations previously converted.
Traditional MRP applications present results in static reports. NG 365 results are presented in a variety of online Views/Centers for quick and reliable execution. Create, delete, and reschedule Work Orders and Purchase Orders in real time and on-the-fly.
Work from actionable and easily retrievable views of new/rescheduled purchase orders, work orders lists that are available with multiple filter options such as, planner/buyer, and much more.
Make To Order
NG 365 "Make To Order" functionality provides creation of Work Order/Purchase Order with the touch of a button on the Sales Order and drill down all levels of bill of material. Demands/Supply for each order is available from the sales order screen Use in MTO in hybrid with standard MRP to review/delete unnecessary demands.
Purchasing / Sub contracting
PO creation is tightly integrated with supplier/Parts cross reference information / supplier price and supplier rating – select from a drop-down list of qualified supplier and view their lead times, pricing, performance rating, and other key information for quick decision.
Consolidate multiple demands into one order or group demands by week, month, and/or Job ID.
Production Forecasting/Planning
NG 365 enables you to build sales forecasts and combine them with existing sales orders to generate forecast demand for product within the Master Production Schedule. Build multiple forecasts and perform what-if scenarios to simulate the impact on your operation before committing to a build plan.
Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
Once you have decided on a sales forecast, MPS results allow you to visualize your forecast before committing to it – providing valuable insight into how to plan and schedule your operation to maximize customer satisfaction and your profitability. You can sort your MPS by part number, job number, reference document (Sales Orders, MPS), start date, required date, etc. to facilitate quick analysis.
Shope Floor/Work Order Management
View a drill-down list of all your work orders. Focus on a specific work order to see all work order details including Process History, Material Consumption, Material Shortages, Serial Numbers, Notes, and Process Steps. Report labor by process step or by work order. Review the kit list, the BOM, print the Work Order Traveler. Work order management doesn’t get any easier.
Capacity Requirements Planning
NG 365 allows you to schedule your work centers in the most efficient manner possible. View your work center load line-by-line, or graphically. Spotting peaks and valleys in your schedule enables smoothing of production.
