A Way Bill, Freight, and Notes tab is provided for noting the Way Bill number of a shipment and for entry of any Freight Cost or Notes to be associated with the transaction.
From the Pick Sales Order form, select the Way Bill, Freight and Notes tab. The following form is displayed.

In the Way Bill # field enter the Way Bill number, if applicable.
In the Freight Cost field enter the value of the freight.
In the empty space enter free text relevant to the Way Bill or the Freight Cost.
