The Care Of tab enables you to add address information regarding any “Care Of” shipping requirements of the Items included in a Sales Order.
From the Sales Order form, click the More... Navigation Button and the Care of TAB shows as follows:

From the Select Address drop-down list, select the relevant Customer's address. The Customer's address populates the form. The drop-down list displays only the Customer addresses that were marked as "Care Of".
Or
Enter an address manually. The address is stored with the Sales Order and does not affect the Customer, Site, or Tech records.
